The Good Witch of the North

And the third one!
She is the good witch of the North...she hasn't a proper name, in all the version of the book she is usually associated with Glinda.

I immagine her as a proper "fairy good mother", a little yonger, so her face has to be funny and friendly.
Her clothes are north inspirated: lot of fur, snow flakes and a touch of finland.
I use a lot of blue because the first time we can read of her is in the munchkin village, and I add a touch of yellow because i immagine that if south is red, west is "green" (or her witch it is) and est is blue north has to be yellow.
And the white of course: the color of the witches.
(the star on her forhead is the protection of a witch)
